It’s my wedding anniversary today - 16 years! As we edge closer to the 20-year mark I need to think about a celebratory holiday; which of course I will try to win. Not sure how I top Sri Lanka (won a few years back) and my Dubai cruise (to be taken later this year) but the hubby is going to expect me to pull something amazing out of the bag! Ha! No pressure!

Flippin’ Hell!

Pancake Day falls next Tuesday and there are plenty of themed competitions doing the rounds; mainly across social media. Some are creative, some are just your general prize draws. You can search using hashtags across Facebook, Twitter and Insta. I’ve been using #pancakedaycompetition and #pancakecompetition. And on the day itself, you’ll probably find a lot more! If you’re making pancakes this weekend make sure you take some photos, as often promoters will ask for your pics!
