With the kids off school for the half term, one of my plans is to grab some pumpkins and get them to carve them. With Halloween approaching there will be lots of creative comps around, and it helps to pass a few hours too! We have a pick-your-own pumpkin field nearby and it’s a lot more fun than buying them from a local supermarket. Just google and see if you have one near you.
Now talking of fun, have you been over to Simply Prizes
this week? There are hundreds of competitions currently listed featuring tickets for days out, short breaks, holidays, toys, things for the home and garden plus lots more! And most take a few seconds to enter and get your name in the draw.
And I’ve also found a great little comp for you as well and one that is sure to impress the kids; Little Bird is offering you the chance to win a Family Tree Top Junior Pass with Go Ape worth £80. All you need to do is enter your details here
by 31st October. Good luck.
Now as most places are enjoying half term, Ed’s Easy Diner
is letting the kids eat for free this week until Thursday 2nd November. The offer is valid for children aged 10 and under with the purchase of an adult’s main meal. There is lots to choose from for the kids too!
Also, be sure to head on over to your local TGI Fridays
; join them any time until 5th November, login to the TGI Fridays rewards app
and scan your receipt to play their half term competition. You can win things such as cheeseburger meals, their famous ribs, apple watches, cocktails and much more!
And as I know a lot of you use The Postcard Store
to buy your postcards for competition entries, I’ve got a bit of an update for you. Because of increasing costs involved in production and delivery, the The Postcard Store
are having to up their prices from next month. So from 1st November the price per pack of postcards will increase from £3.95 to £4.95. Therefore if you want to stock up on some of their beautiful designs and beat the price increase, click here to visit The Postcard Store now.
