November is proving to be a really lucky month for me so far and I'm trying very hard to keep on top of my comping in preparation for the start of the advent comps! December is such a fantastic month for us compers that we need to be ultra-organised! Although I'm taking a day off on Saturday to head off to London to meet up with some friends, and I won a £100 voucher to spend anywhere in Tottenham Court Road so drinks are on me!

With that festive season edging even closer I have found some great comps to help out with the expense.

Stylist has a Christmas dinner for four at The Parlour, Canary Wharf and a couple of cases of champagne up for grabs. Submit your details and answer the following question; Where can you find The Parlour? Answer - C) Canary Wharf. Closing date is midnight on 19th November.

Delia Online has a 12 bottle case of McGuigan wine worth £120 available to win. To enter log in/register and answer the following question; Which chef gives advice on matching McGuigan Wines with food? Answer - John Torode. Closing date is 22nd November.

Zest has a brilliant competition to win an 8GB Samsung Galaxy Tab which would make a perfect Christmas present. To enter log in/register and answer the following question; How many food and recipes items does the MyRHYTHM(tm) database let you choose from? Answer - Over 20,000.

Christmas shopping is hard work and it's always nice to be able to sit down with a cuppa and take a breather! Waitrose offers free tea or coffee every day to its My Waitrose Members. It's free to sign up to either online or in store too. Bear in mind though that the card can take up to five weeks to arrive, so if you want to take advantage of the offer, do it in store where you'll get a temporary card. Simply present your card to the cashier and you will be entitled to one free cup of tea or coffee. There is no minimum spend and it's valid every day. Lovely!

The Independent newspaper has teamed up with Ramada Hotels to offer rooms for £20 per night over Christmas and the New Year. It's valid for up to two nights per booking from 6th December all the way through until 6th June 2014! If you want to take advantage of this offer, you'll need to book by 17th November.

Santa is extremely busy at this time of the year, but if you're quick you can get a free personalised letter from him. Royal Mail offer a completely free service if you get your child, or yourself (if your child is too young), to write a letter to the big guy himself. It does say that Santa will respond to as many letters as possible so it would be better to do this sooner rather than later as the cut-off point for him receiving them is Friday 6th December.

Have a great week!
