Will I ever grow up?
I loved Miami Vice when it came out, the way it was shot and the music. I thought it must be the coolest place on earth. I almost don't want to risk the memories by actually watching an episode again, but I think I'll have to try and win the boxset on offer today. Talking of not growing up, there's the chance to live the life of Bond up for grabs as well, with a three-night stay in a luxury base in London
Is this the perfect time to enter these comps?
I don't want to get ahead of myself, especially with the lovely weather we are having right now, but there's a family ticket to Blenheim Palace on offer this week and I wonder if because it's the end of the holidays it won't get many entrants. However, Blenheim does a wonderful light show come the darker evenings so it could be a great comp to enter. But I should also say this week's issue needs a 'parental advisory' note
They're starting to come thick and fast
I've been to see the Roman baths in Bath but I've always wanted to spend more time exploring the city, this week there are two chances to do it in luxury. Or if London is more of your city there are four comps to wins trips there and £1,000 to spend at Aspinal of London. Promoters must think travel will be back to normal soon as we are starting to see loads of comps for trips abroad, this week's issue is packed with them
They are trying to lead me astray
As I sit huddled in a jumper, I can't quite believe that it's mid-August, the newspapers tell me a heat wave is on the way, I just hope it gets a move on! The holidays will soon be over and we are talking about what we can do next year (assuming that some form of normality is in place). So now is a great time to enter holiday comps and see if you can get your next holiday for free. This week we've got something for everyone.
Would this be heaven or hell for you?
It's 'Afternoon Tea' week, not something that I knew existed but it's here to celebrate this great British tradition and there's the chance to win an Afternoon Tea for two at a choice of venues in this week's edition. And if you want to invite some friends around for Afternoon Tea, there's no better way than to use the Afternoon Tea postcards from The Postcard Store
