Just answer the following question and enter your details; How many limited-edition cans were designed in partnership with The Andy Warhol Foundation? Answer – 4. Closing date 8 October.

With the winter months imminent it’s not great to hear that British Gas is likely to hike their prices by a massive 8%! Now could be the time to either switch suppliers or grab a fixed payment scheme. It’s always worth shopping around even if you do end up staying with the same company. A lot of the top firms use cheap fixed prices to grab new customers and once they’ve hit their quota the deals will be withdrawn, so get in while you can. The Energy Helpline can help you compare prices and decide on the best deal. If you do switch and are in credit you’ll be able to grab some cash back. If you’re in debt and it’s under £100 you could possibly get that rolled over to your new account. Anything higher and they’ll probably want paying.
Everyone wants to be energy efficient nowadays; it helps to lower our bills first and foremost! There are loads of freebies on offer too, from loft and wall insulation to new boilers. The energy providers offer help to people within certain categories as part of their new drive on energy efficiency. Generally to qualify the basic rules are that you need to receive child tax credit and have an income of £15,860 or less, or receive other benefits such as pension credit. The best way to find out if you qualify is to call The Energy Saving Trust on 0300 123 1234 (England), 0800 512 012 (Wales) or 0808 808 22 82 (Scotland) and answer a few simple questions.
Have a great week.
