Also known as the “I over spent in December, my jeans no longer fit, pay day is a million miles away, it feels like I’ve never been off work, cold and grey and grumpy” blues. 
  
Apparently the most depressing day of the year, affectionately known as ‘Blue Monday’, is the Monday of the last full week of January – so it’s not going to get better any time soon! Hopefully the postman is keeping your spirits up by delivering you some lovely prizes.
