Are you all ready for Christmas? I am, just about! All the present wrapping and food and drink buying has been done - now just to sit and enjoy it all with my family. I will be getting in a few sneaky advents though, there are some still running and entries will be really low at this point so I'm hoping for some wins!

Take a look at Simply Bingo for the 12 Bingo Days of Christmas; this started on Friday but is ongoing until 31st December. There will be some gigantic jackpots and lots of other great offers.

Neutradol has a fantastic competition running where you can win a trip to New York. Answer the following question and submit your details; Neutradol contains how many ingredients that destroy smells? Answer - 50. Closing date is 31st December.

Polarn O. Pyret has a trip to Stockholm for a family of four up for grabs; simply enter your details to be in with a chance. Closing date is 31st December.

Sandstrom Style has a weekend for two in Stockholm available to win along with runner up prizes of £1,000 and £500 worth of Sandstrom products; just enter your details. Closing date is 23.59 on 31st December.

If you have family and friends in other countries that you'd like to talk to over the festive period, you can call them for free via the internet. As long as you have a steady broadband connection and the person you're calling has access to the internet too then you're all set up. There are several ways to make these calls and the best way to do it will be to use the same method as the person you are calling. Skype is probably the most well-known service and it allows you to make free voice or video calls to another Skype user. There are also some others that it may be worth taking a look at; Rebtel,Vtok, Viber and Vyke.

There are already some big name stores that have sales on; Ikea have a 50% off sale (including an extra 10% off sale prices for Ikea family card members) until 12th January, Clarks also have a 50% sale until 2nd January, Wallis, Asos and House of Fraser are among others.

For all of you that may be in receipt of a new phone or tablet in the next few days you can now get Spotify for free. A brilliant app available on android or iOS to stream music; this used to cost £9.99 a month and it's now zilch. Simply download the free app (which will have ads, but not that bad) and away you go.

That's it from me this year; I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I'll be back on Wednesday 8th January 2014.
