This has been a busy week so far for me; I’ve won a gorgeous hotel stay with dinner, breakfast and wine, a lovely jumper and dress and yesterday I pre-recorded a TV game-show. So it’s all very exciting here! I’m off to Disney for the latter part of next week too; I’m hoping to maybe win some cash for a bit of extra spending money!
Vouchers and cash wins are always great prizes. Whether you treat yourself or someone else with them, they always go down well!
London-Unattached has £200 worth of cookery vouchers to use at Recipease up for grabs. Entry is via Rafflecopter (you can earn up to 11 entries) and the closing date is 8th February.

Mumsnet has a £200 supermarket voucher (of your choice) available to win. You need to register (free) with them if you haven’t already done so and answer the following question; Which of the below is not a wholegrain? Answer – All of the above are whole grains. Closing date is 10 February.
NASA is sending a space-craft to the asteroid Bennu and you can submit your name for a round trip ride there! The Planetary Society has a form on its website where you can enter your details. Your name will hitch a ride to the asteroid, spend 500 days there, and then return in the Sample Return Capsule in 2023. Not only that, but your name will be etched on the space-craft, which will remain in space long after the returning Capsule. All this for free and a certificate too! A great one for kids and adults alike!
A Government backed scheme is sending teenagers aged 16-17 on a two-week residential course in the summer, where they will learn life skills and take part in activities, for just £50. Some could even qualify for a free place. They get all their food, lodging, activities, transport and more for this small fee. There is even a graduation ceremony at the end with a certificate signed by the PM. To apply you will need to submit your details to National Citizen Service, but be quick as although there are thousands of places across 19 different regions in England and Northern Ireland, once they are gone, they’re gone!
YHA is offering family rooms from just £25 per night in the February half-term. The offer applies to stays from Friday 14 February through to Saturday 1  March, bookable by Sunday 9 February. Children under 10 also eat free (a main and a dessert) with the purchase of an adult’s main meal. Youth Hostels may not be for everyone but they have come a long way and a lot now offer private rooms.
