Who fancies a free hotel stay?

The hubby broke up from work on Friday for his annual summer break and we zipped off up to London on a mini-break for two days of fun with the younger two kiddies. They both behaved impeccably and we enjoyed a visit to the Tower of London, a river cruise and managed to get some sight-seeing done too. There are plenty of free activities in London to enjoy – I’ve included a link on the bottom of the newsletter for you to check out if you’re lucky enough to grab a trip there any time soon.

Take a look at Time Out’s website; they have a list of 101 free things to do in London. There are so many wonderful things to do that you really don’t need wads of cash to enjoy this great city.

 

If your children are showing an interest in gardening then they can join The Dobbies Little Seedlings Club for free. Run on the first Sunday of every month and available to children between the ages of 4-10, you can get more information here.

 

And to make the most of the last few weeks of the summer holidays Hobbycraft has free workshops available for children where they can enjoy craft activities. There is no need to book and it’s available to all ages, but children do need to be accompanied by an adult. It’s run on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays between 11am and 2pm until Friday 28^th August.
