Wow, the promoters have truly come out in force this December - there are so many Advent competitions doing the rounds! If you’ve not yet signed up to our FREE Advent site, then you can do so here. We currently have over 500 competitions listed and it’s all free for you to access and enter to your heart’s content!
The Advents have already taken over my comping time; but I’m still trying to enter all the ‘normal’ competitions that are doing the rounds too. With so many people in ‘Advent’ mode the other comps may see fewer than normal entries so it’s worth keeping a check on them.
Here are my top three picks of comps this week;
Breffo has an iPhone 6 up for grabs. To get your name in the draw enter your details here by 15th December.
Thorntons is giving away a Christmas garden makeover by giving you your very own white Christmas at home. To enter simply submit your details here by 17th December.
The Telegraph has not one but five De’Longhi Eletta Bean to Cup coffee machines available to win; to be in with a chance of scooping one of these fill in your details here by 21st December.
As we approach a certain big guy’s appearance make sure you bookmark Norad; it’s a free site that allows you to track Santa. At the moment you’ll see a countdown clock but as we get to Christmas Eve it will allow you to see where he and his reindeer are flying over. If you scroll down the page you’ll come to Santa’s village where the children can make the most of the games – to get them even more excited! You can also download the app for your smart phone too.
There are a few more days to make the most of the Royal Mail’s free letter from Santa. If you get your child to write a letter (or you can do it yourself if they are too young) to him via this address; Santa/Father Christmas, Santa’s Grotto, Reindeerland, XM4 5HQ, by Saturday 6th December, they will receive a card back. Make sure you include your child’s full name and address alongside what it is that they want. You can find out more here.
You can also get a free online personalised video message from Santa too; the Portable North Pole website allows you to enter all your information including a digital photograph (if you wish) which goes into the making of the video. It’s a fun, cute way of exciting the kids even more with the added bonus of it not costing anything! Take a look here.
