I’m spending literally all of my spare time entering competitions at the moment. What with all of the listings on the Advent Competitions website as well as all the other comps doing the rounds, I’m frazzled! However I have managed a few wins so that’s motivating me to keep at it – so far I’ve won a canvas (which I’m going to get of my three children), a Rocket Dog bag, a Thornton’s chocolate car, a voucher for some coffee and some chocs from M&S.
I’m finding plenty of competitions that are focussed on Christmas; so there is still time to win those Christmas presents!
Goodwood Road and Racing are giving away the ultimate Christmas present; a flight in a Spitfire. Answer the following question here by midnight on 21 December; who designed the Spitfire? Answer – R. J. Mitchell.
Your Christmas No.1 is giving you the chance to win one of ten £1,000 shopping sprees. You just need to choose your favourite celebrity fragrance and enter your details to be in with a chance. Submit your information here by 10pm on 24 December.
Read Optics runs a monthly draw but for December they are giving away a prize a week, which just happens to be a Kindle Fire HDX. To enter you just need to submit your details here. The closing date is 31 December but I’d suggest getting your name down sooner to have more of a chance with the weekly draw.
As we get further into December you’ll be able to pick up some great deals on some pretty decent Advent calendars. I’m talking beauty ones; where you get a product for the 24 Advent days of the month. Some retailers are already starting to reduce them which mean you can pick up some flash beauty products for bargain prices! Take a look at the Ciate Mini Manor calendar which you can pick up in TK Maxx normally priced at £49 now currently half price at £24.99. The products would normally retail at £124 if you were to buy them all separately. And Tesco’s one is now reduced down to £25 from £50. It’s made up of various products which would retail at £125. Keep an eye out for other brands which may reduce theirs.
Get Into London Theatre currently has tickets for top shows (70 different ones) from as little as £10 each. The offer started yesterday and is valid on selected performances from 1 January – 13 February 2015. Get in quick though as at these prices they won’t be around for long. A maximum of eight tickets can be booked per show and they are non-refundable.
