Get fit quick with this week’s comps!

Oh dear – my August wins consisted of five small ones. I’m consoling myself with the fact that my entries through the latter part of July and August were pretty low, so this isn’t actually that bad….

The hubby and I are going on a bit of a health kick soon in preparation for him nearing 40 and just to feel a bit better within ourselves. So with that in mind I’ve found three great comps to kick-start a healthy regime.
